目的建立大黄不同炮制品的HPLC指纹图谱,为大黄炮制品的质量评价和炮制机制研究提供依据。方法采用梯度洗脱HPLC法,建立大黄不同炮制品指纹图谱,运用中药指纹图谱相似度评价方法与样品聚类分析方法,对其指纹特征进行研究。结果该方法重复性良好,大黄不同炮制品指纹图谱共有峰特征明显,不同炮制品指纹特征存在差异,其化学成分发生了不同程度的变化。其中生大黄与酒大黄、醋大黄差异较小,与熟大黄、清宁片存在差异,与大黄炭差异明显。结论建立的大黄不同炮制品的指纹图谱可以识别大黄不同炮制品的归属特征,可有效控制内在质量,探讨炮制机制,并可进一步进行大黄的安全性评价和指导临床合理用药。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of rhubarb different processed products, and provide the basis for the quality evaluation and processing mechanism of rhubarb processed products. Methods The gradient elution HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprints of different processed products of Rhubarb. The fingerprints of fingerprints of Chinese rhubarb were studied by using the fingerprint similarity evaluation method and sample clustering analysis method. Results The repeatability of this method was good. The fingerprint characteristics of different processed products of Rhubarb were obvious. The fingerprint characteristics of different processed products were different, and the chemical compositions of them varied with different degrees. Rhubarb rhubarb and wine which rhubarb, vinegar rhubarb little difference, and the cooked rhubarb, there are differences between the Qingning film, and significant differences between rhubarb and charcoal. Conclusion The fingerprints of different processed products of rhubarb can identify the attribution characteristics of different processed products of rhubarb, which can effectively control the internal quality, explore the processing mechanism, and further evaluate the safety of rhubarb and guide clinical rational drug use.
