从理论上分析了杀虫双中和过程中影响磺化收率的多个主要因素,并进行了正交实验,确定了中和过程的最佳控制条件。提出用Na2CO3代替NaOH中和氯化物的全新方法,使得磺化收率提高412%,拓宽了操作条件,减少了操作误差。
The main factors influencing the yield of sulfonation in pesticide double neutralization process were theoretically analyzed. The orthogonal experiment was carried out to determine the optimal control conditions for the neutralization process. Proposed a new method of Na2CO3 instead of NaOH neutralization of chloride, making the sulfonation yield increased 4 12%, broaden the operating conditions and reduce the operating error.
