目的掌握浙江省舟山渔场鱼类异尖线虫L3感染情况,为今后异尖线虫病的临床治疗与预防干预措施提供科学依据。方法 2007-2009年在实验室条件下,解剖鱼体,分离体内异尖线虫幼虫,镜下虫种鉴定。结果海鱼总感染率为49.10%,感染率高的鱼种有带鱼、鲐鱼、鮸鱼、白姑鱼和海鳗等(感染率均>90%),总感染强度为1~114条,平均强度为15.28条/尾,218尾海鱼体内共检出异尖科线虫幼虫3332条,异尖线虫L3占99.46%,伪新地线虫L3只占0.54%。结论舟山渔场鱼类异尖线虫幼虫感染率较高;未检出异尖线虫幼虫的鱼种,并不能说明这些鱼不感染异尖线虫L3。
Objective To understand the L3 infection of Anisakis larvae in Zhoushan fishing ground in Zhejiang Province, and to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment and preventive intervention of Anisakis. Methods 2007-2009 under laboratory conditions, fish anatomy, isolates of Anisakis larvae in vivo, microscopic identification of species. Results The total infection rate of marine fish was 49.10%. The highest infection rates were octopus, bighead carp, bighead carp and moray (the infection rates were all> 90%). The total infection intensity was 1 ~ 114 and the average intensity Of which were 1532 individuals / tail. There were 3,332 larvae of Isochordidae were detected in 218 fish, L3 of Anisakis was 99.46%, and L3 of pseudo-Neospora was only 0.54%. Conclusion The infection rate of Anisakis larvae in Zhoushan Fishing Ground is high. The absence of Anisakis larvae does not mean that these fish do not infect Anisakis.
