目的:观察和评价益肺通络方联合化疗方案治疗耐多药肺结核的疗效。方法:将131例患者随机分为2组。治疗组79例,采用益肺通络方联合化疗方案治疗;对照组52例,采用单纯化疗方案治疗。2组疗程均为3月。结果:疗程结束时,治疗组在痰菌阴转率、肺部X线病灶吸收、空洞闭合、临床症状改善以及免疫功能改善情况均优于对照组,其中,2组痰菌培养阴转率及肺部X线病灶吸收有效率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用益肺通络方联合化疗方案治疗耐多药肺结核可以促进痰菌阴转及肺部病灶吸收,近期疗效有效且安全,为耐多药肺结核患者中西医结合治疗提供新方案奠定了前期基础,具有临床推广应用前景。
Objective: To observe and evaluate the efficacy of Yifei Tongluo Recipe combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: 131 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, 79 cases were treated with Yifei Tongluo combined with chemotherapy; control group, 52 cases were treated with chemotherapy alone. The two groups were treated in March. Results: At the end of treatment period, the treatment group was superior to the control group in sputum negative conversion rate, lung X-ray lesion absorption, void closure, clinical symptom improvement and immune function improvement. Among them, The effective rate of lung X-ray lesion absorption was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis with Yifei Tongluo Recipe in combination with chemotherapy can promote the transfer of sputum yin and pulmonary lesions. The effective and safe curative effect in the short term is to provide a new plan for the treatment of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis patients combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine Basis, with clinical application prospects.
