介绍Abbe成像理论和全息术相结合的新方法,它的特点是:利用小尺寸和无初级像差的Fraunhofer全息图记录物函数的频谱,通过调节Fraunhofer衍射零级谱点的中心,使之定位于待测圆的圆心上,通过间接测量像的横向放大率及其偏差测出内孔的椭圆度;用原参考光作再现照明光波,并共同旋转全息图和参考光,使之清楚地成实像在同一圆周上各点处.本装置制成内窥成像系统,可检测直径为5~100cm深孔的椭圆度.
This paper introduces a new method combining Abbe imaging theory and holography.
