This article describes the use of thermoluminescent dosimeters (TLDs) with two different acoustical properties, Ca SO4 (Tm) and Li F (Mg, Cu, P), placed at the same point in the environment around the plant to measure the release of gaseous Induced plume immersed in external gamma radiation dose. The experiment assumed that the main radionuclide released was 133Xe and its main photon energy was 81 keV. At this energy point, the dosimeters of Ca SO4 (Tm) and Li F (Mg, Cu, P), in the geometry, size and the corresponding packing conditions of the thermoluminescent device used in this experiment, The dose-response ratio of the radiation is about 6. Using this experimental result, it is possible to judge whether smoke plume release occurs or not, and the gamma radiation dose of plume can be roughly estimated. Using this method, the lower detection limit of the plume plume for TLD measurement of nuclear power plants can be reduced. In practical applications, if the radionuclide releases a radionuclide, the energy response curve of the two TLDs may be used instead of the corresponding energy ratio
