社会学习理论是阐明人如何在社会环境中进行学习,从而形成和发展人格特征的一种学习理论。社会环境是指由人提供的功能性刺激,社会学习就是对这种刺激的反应过程。这种学习涉及一定条件下人与人之间的相互关系。他人,特别是父母、教师、同伴和英雄模范人物的行为表现,都具有学习模型的作用。因而社会学习理论,亦称模型模仿论,是本世纪六十年代在西方兴起的一种新的学习理论。其创立者系美国社会心理学家、斯坦福大学教授班杜拉。
Social learning theory is a kind of learning theory that clarifies how people learn in the social environment to form and develop personality traits. Social environment refers to the functional stimuli provided by people, and social learning is the reaction process to such stimuli. This learning involves the interrelationship of people under certain conditions. The behavior of others, especially parents, teachers, companions and heroes, has a learning model. Therefore, social learning theory, also known as model theory of imitation, is a new learning theory that emerged in the west in the 1960s. Its founder is the United States social psychologist, Stanford University professor Bandura.
