少数民族权利是国际人权保护的重要内容,在联合国宪章,国际条约,国际宣言以不同的形式明确规定了少数民族所要享受的权利。我国作为签署公约国家,在宪法上也明确规定了少数民族各方面的权利。本文主要探讨了当今国际社会保护少数民族权利的主要范围和我国宪法上规定的少数民族权力保护措施,保护少数民族权利的必要性以及存在的问题。
The rights of ethnic minorities are an important part of the protection of international human rights. The Charter of the United Nations, international treaties and international declarations clearly define the rights and rights to be enjoyed by ethnic minorities in different forms. As a country that has signed the convention, China has also clearly stipulated the rights of all ethnic groups in its constitution. This article mainly discusses the main scope of the international community’s protection of the rights of ethnic minorities and the measures for the protection of the rights of ethnic minorities set forth in the constitution of our country. The necessity and existing problems of protecting the rights of ethnic minorities are also discussed.
