物资采购管理问题是油田企业管理的组成部分之一,其物资采购效率、成本的高低,是否具有完善的物资采购管理监督约束机制直接影响到企业的经济效益,若不采取有效对策势必造成巨大损失。在此形势下,本文对油田物资采购进行解读,进一步分析目前我国油田物资采购中存在的主要问题,提出优化我国油田物资采购管理系统的对策。
Material procurement management is one of the components of the management of oilfields. The efficiency of material procurement, the level of cost and whether there is a perfect supervision and restraint mechanism of material purchasing and management directly affect the economic benefits of enterprises. It will inevitably cause huge losses if no effective measures are taken . Under this circumstance, this paper analyzes the material procurement in oilfields, further analyzes the main problems in the procurement of oilfield materials in our country, and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the material procurement management system in China.
