为满足实验研究工作的需要,采用计算机辅助设计,完成了线性电子枪的结构设计。为使电子枪形成的电子束偏转180°或270°来加热金属,又进行了线圈磁场的理论计算,并采用等B磁铁设计,产生满足要求的均匀磁场。通过计算,分析了电子枪结构参数与束流特性的关系及磁靴结构与磁场强度的关系。在理论分析的基础上,进行了大量实验研究,最后得到了满足设计要求的电子枪。
In order to meet the needs of experimental research, using computer-aided design, the structure design of linear electron gun was completed.
