本刊13卷1期刊出的对本刊5卷1期与10卷2期两篇关于铁路轨道接头动力计算理论探讨的评文,有关阻尼C的评论过于简略,兹缀此补遗。本补遗指出:“探讨一”推导的C=tanδ=D'/D与(2、11)式是根本错误的。这里C是阻尼系数,它的量纲是“力除以速度”等于MT ̄(-1),而tanδ和D'/D是无量纲的。一个理论公式,左右两边量纲不同,显然不能成立。由此推导出的(2、11)式当然也是错误而无法应用的。

This addendum points out that the C = tan δ = D ’/ D and (2,11) deductions from Exploring a are fundamentally wrong. Where C is the damping coefficient, and its dimension is “force divided by velocity” equals MT ~ (-1) while tan δ and D ’/ D are dimensionless. A theoretical formula, on both sides of the different dimensions, obviously can not be established. The resulting (2,11) formula is of course also wrong and not applicable.
