河北省张家口市第一中学张东兵从2007年的中央7号文件到最近国办发53号文件,国家已经将学校体育放在了国家战略的高度,这说明学校体育工作是比较危急的。目前,制约学校体育工作发展的因素主要有三个。一是硬件设施跟不上学校的发展。学校的学生人数增多了、教室增多了,体育场地与器材并没有相应地扩大,很难满足各项工作开展的需要。二是升学带来的消极影响。就体育考试成绩来讲,涉及到学生、家长、学校甚至教育行政管理部门的利益,这就决定了学校体育工作的开展
