将PLC应用到运料小车电气控制系统,可实现运料小车的自动化控制,降低系统的运行费用,解决早期控制系统存在设计周期长、体积大、无数据处理和通信功能等缺陷。本文以PLC控制技术为核心,采用日本三菱FX-2N系列的PLC产品以及对应的软件。论述小车控制系统的设计方案及控制原理,实现小车自动控制。通过实际应用,说明PLC具有巨大的经济和社会价值,其智能化和自动化的思路在未来有良好的发展前景。
The PLC is applied to the trolley electric control system, which can realize the automatic control of the trolley and reduce the running cost of the system. It solves the defects that the early control system has long design cycle, large volume, no data processing and communication functions. In this paper, PLC control technology as the core, using Japan’s Mitsubishi FX-2N series of PLC products and the corresponding software. Discusses the car control system design and control principles, to achieve the car automatic control. Through practical application, it shows that PLC has a huge economic and social value, and its ideas of intelligence and automation have a good prospect in the future.
