本文研究了碳钢渗硼层中Fe_2B和FeB的含量和择尤取向与渗硼时间、层深及渗剂B_4C含量之间的关系。实验结果表明:在850℃渗硼时,无论渗剂B_4C含量如何变化,均首先生成Fe_2B,随后再生成FeB,两者生成的时间间隔随渗剂B_4C含量的升高而缩短。渗硼初期生成的Fe_2B和FeB无择尤取向现象,随着渗硼时间的延长和层深的加厚,Fe_2B和FeB的[002[晶向与工件表面垂直的择尤取向程度加大,超过一定层深后,[002]晶向几乎全都与工件表面垂直。
In this paper, the relationship between the content of Fe 2 B and FeB and the orientation of selective Fe 2 B and the boronizing time, depth of layer and the content of B 4 C in the boronizing layer of carbon steel were studied. The experimental results show that when boronizing at 850 ℃, regardless of the change of B 4 C content, Fe 2 B is firstly formed and then FeB is regenerated, and the time interval between them is shortened with the increase of B 4 C content. In the early stage of boronizing, Fe 2 B and FeB were formed, and the orientation of the Fe 2 B and FeB was selective. With the extension of the boronizing time and the thickening of the layer depth, the orientation of [Fe 2 B and FeB [ After a certain depth, the crystal orientation is almost perpendicular to the workpiece surface.
