12Cr4Ni4Mo4V钢经碳氮共渗、渗硼复台表面改性处理.使高硬硼化物层以下形成具备高塑韧性的复合渗层组织。对渗层中合金元素的分布进行检测分析,发现硼原子对Cr、Mo、V元素有明显的排斥作用.而对Ni影响较小,并且发现渗硼层中Si含量增加。

The analysis of the distribution of alloying elements in the infiltrated layer revealed that the boron atoms have a significant repulsive effect on Cr, Mo and V elements.
