自动化加工技术要求实现无颤振切削。鉴于目前反馈控制法的装置费用较高、抑振效果不太可靠及操作上的障碍等缺陷,预报控制法的研究为越来越多的学者所重视。现今所用预报参数一般存在着以下二个问题:第一,预报参数的控制门限值需要根据具体加工条件确定,不易掌握,不时出现漏报或误报;第二,预报不及时,预报控制信号往往是在过渡切削过程的后期才发出。用动态切削力幅值落在预先规定的两个宽度相等的区段内的频数差作预报参数,可克服上述问题。在自动化加工中用时变进给切削来抑制颤振,抑振效果好,附加装置的费用较低,而且切屑容易折断。
