目的 探讨脑肿瘤中端粒酶的表达情况 ,及其与恶性脑肿瘤发生和发展的关系。方法 采用TRAP-银染法检测了 37例脑肿瘤组织和 4例正常脑组织中的端粒酶活性。结果 37例脑肿瘤组织标本中 ,16例有端粒酶活性的表达 ,阳性率为 43.2 % ;4例正常脑组织中均未检测到端粒酶活性。结论 端粒酶活性的表达与脑肿瘤的恶性程度密切相关 ,有可能成为恶性脑肿瘤的一个重要的标志物。
Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase in brain tumors and its relationship with the occurrence and development of malignant brain tumors. Methods TRAP-silver staining was used to detect telomerase activity in 37 brain tumor tissues and 4 normal brain tissues. Results Of 37 brain tumor samples, 16 had telomerase activity, the positive rate was 43.2%. No telomerase activity was detected in 4 normal brain tissues. Conclusion The expression of telomerase activity is closely related to the malignant degree of brain tumors and may be an important marker of malignant brain tumors.
