目的:了解端粒酶活性高低与骨肿瘤恶性程度的关系.方法:用TRAP方法和改进的TRAP印染方法,对骨肿瘤组织端粒酶活性进行检测.结果:端粒酶阳性率分别为:骨肉瘤80.6%(29/36例),骨巨细胞瘤80.0%(20/25例),软骨肉瘤85.7%(6/7例),恶性纤维组织细胞瘤100%(2/2例),横纹肌肉瘤100%(2/2例),脊索瘤100%(3/3例),另有9例骨软骨瘤检测,仅有1例(11.1%)阳性.同时检测17例患者的肿瘤旁肌肉组织或软组织,均未发现有阳性.结论:端粒酶活性与骨肿瘤恶性程度密切相关,是诊断恶性骨肿瘤、判断预后的良好指标.
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and malignancy of bone tumor.Methods: The telomerase activity was detected by TRAP and TRAP staining.Results: The positive rates of telomerase were: 80.6% (29/36) of tumors, 80.0% (20/25) of giant cell tumor of bone, 85.7% (6/7) of chondrosarcoma, 100% of malignant fibrous histiocytoma (2/2), rhabdomyosarcoma 100% (2 of 2 cases), 100% of chordomas (3/3 cases), and 9 cases of osteochondroma, only 1 (11.1%) positive.At the same time, 17 cases of paracancerous muscle tissue or Soft tissue, no positive.Conclusion: The telomerase activity is closely related to the degree of malignancy of bone tumors, which is a good indicator for the diagnosis of malignant bone tumors and prognosis.
