自从上个世纪60年代以后,世界上的许多发达国家的胃癌发病率和死亡率都呈下降趋势;而在我国胃癌仍然是最主要的恶性肿瘤。1990-1992年的30个省市人口死因抽样调查发现:胃癌仍占恶性肿瘤死亡率的第一位,为25.16/10万,占全部恶性肿瘤死因的23.24%。胃癌的发病与营养和饮食有密切关系,高盐饮食,幽门螺旋杆菌感染,经常吃腌、熏、烧烤、油煎和霉变食品,均是胃癌发病的主要危险因素。调查研究表明,随着冰箱进入家庭的日益普遍,新鲜蔬菜和水果的摄入量增加,盐的摄入量降低,胃癌的发病率
Since the 1960s, the incidence and mortality of gastric cancer have been on the decline in many developed countries in the world. However, gastric cancer remains the most important malignant tumor in our country.
