目的:探讨复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortions,RSA)患者血清及滋养细胞中基质细胞衍生因子-1(stromal cell-derived factor 1,SDF-1)表达与流产的关系。方法:应用酶联免疫吸附试验及荧光定量聚合酶链反应方法检测RSA患者血清及绒毛组织中SDF-1 mRNA的表达(n=36),同期选取因非意愿妊娠7~9周行人工流产患者的血清及绒毛(n=36)作为对照组。结果:RSA患者血清及滋养细胞中SDF-1蛋白及mRNA的表达均显著低于正常妊娠者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:RSA患者SDF-1蛋白及mRNA低表达与流产发生关系密切。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of stromal cell-derived factor 1 (SDF-1) and abortion in serum and trophoblast cells of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortions (RSA). Methods: The expression of SDF-1 mRNA in serum and chorion of patients with RSA was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (n = 36). During the same period, induced abortion Serum and villi (n = 36) served as control group. Results: The expression of SDF-1 protein and mRNA in serum and trophoblast cells in RSA patients were significantly lower than those in normal pregnancy (P <0.01). Conclusion: The low expression of SDF-1 protein and mRNA in RSA patients is closely related to abortion.
