天然气发动机喷气电磁阀驱动模块的研究与实现

针对天然气发动机喷气电磁阀在低温环境下开启困难问题,设计了低成本,高可靠性的喷气电磁阀驱动模块.在对各个因素综合分析的基础上,采用单电源单边驱动方式,各个驱动通道相互独立,保持电流通过硬件脉宽调制(PWM)反馈控制,根据驱动电流上升速率实现喷气电磁阀驱动回路的故障诊断.在车辆冷起动工况时,喷气电磁阀驱动电流波形从正常驱动电流波形切换到冷起动驱动电流波形,通过提升驱动电流波形的峰值电流,提高喷气电磁阀的开启性能.试验结果表明,驱动电流波形参数满足设计指标,故障诊断系统可以准确地识别故障状态,性能满足产品技术规范要求.
