Aim: To explore the protective effects of 3-daidzein sulfonate sodium(DSS)on chronic hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in mice.Methods: Healthy Kunming male mice, weighting (21±3) g, 12 per group were randomized 5 groups: control group, model group, bifendate(DDB) positive control group (2.5 mg/kg), DSS low and high dose groups (0.1 mg/mL, 0.3 mg/kg).
