利用双生病毒的简并性引物PA/PB,对采自海南乐东佛罗镇的12个疑似双生病毒侵染的哈密瓜样品进行了PCR检测,其中5个样品中存在双生病毒的侵染,HA1和HA3 DNA-A基因组全长均为2 736个核苷酸,两者间的序列同源性达96％.HA1、HA3均与NCBI上已经公布的SLCCNV-[Hn61](Squash leaf curl Chinavirus isolate Hn61)分离物同源性最高,同源性分别为97％和99％.HA1和HA3分离物与SLCCNV的同源性大于89％,表明该病毒为中国南瓜曲叶病毒的分离物,分别命名为中国南瓜曲叶病毒HA1分离物(Squash leaf curl China virus isolate HA1,SLCCNV-[HA1])和中国南瓜曲叶病毒HA3分离物(Squash leaf curl China virus isolate HA3,SLCCNV-[HA3]),所有分离物都没有发现卫星DNAβ组分.
