目的:研究川丹口服液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:通过给大鼠注射大剂量盐酸肾上腺素注射液模拟“暴怒”状态,以冰水浸泡模拟“寒邪”侵袭,使动物迅速形成血瘀状态,采用预防性实验治疗,即预先分别给大鼠灌服川丹口服液和尼莫地平片各8 d,然后测定血液流变学。结果:川丹口服液可显著降低实验性大鼠高、中、低切变率下全血粘度及血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积。结论:川丹口服液能显著改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学异常。
Objective: To study the effect of Chuandan oral liquid on hemorheology of acute blood stasis model rats. METHODS: Rats were injected with large doses of epinephrine hydrochloride injection to simulate the “wrath” state and simulated with ice water to invade the “cold evil”. The animals quickly developed blood stasis and were treated with preventive experiments. Rats were fed with Chuandan oral solution and nimodipine tablets for 8 days, and then hemorheology was measured. RESULTS: Chuandan Oral Liquid can significantly reduce whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, and hematocrit under high, middle and low shear rates in experimental rats. Conclusion: Chuandan Oral Liquid can significantly improve the abnormal blood rheology in rats with acute blood stasis.
