In recent years, polymeric micelles self-assembled from amphiphilic polymers have been widely applied in drug delivery fields due to their improved pharmacokinetics and biodistributions [1].Also,polymeric micelles provide a feasible platform to prevent protein degradation by various enzymes. With further engineered stimuli-responsive functional units, micelles can exhibit intelligent cargo release profile in response to the designed stimulus signal. The smart cargo release behavior could greatly promote the therapeutic efficiency [2] as well as reduce side effects.
