Objective:To evaluate the effect of locked intramedullary nails(IM) and plate fixation to treat the humural shaft fractures.Methods:From April 1997 to November 2002,79 humeral shaft fractures patients were treated in our hospital,64 patients were followed up and evaluated.The patients in IM group were 39,who were treated by closed reduction and antegrade insertion.
