北京市消化系统疾病急诊人数对污染浓度的滞后性响应

  污染浓度对人群健康的影响存在不同滞后性[1-5],本文就污染对北京市某三甲医院2009-2011年消化系统急诊人数的滞后影响进行研究.发病风险随着PM10浓度增加而增加,且影响随着滞后时问显著下降.其中200μg/m3以下的PM10对疾病就诊人数并无影响,此后随着浓度增加,危险度呈非线性增大,滞后时间约为一周,8d以后PM10的效应消失.低浓度的PM10污染(<100μg/m3)在短期滞后时段内无影响,当浓度≥200.μg/m3时,短期临近效应明显.低浓度SO2略有短期效应,随滞后逐渐消失.4d以内的所有SO2浓度对发病基本无影响,4d以后浓度>55μg/m3的SO2显著增加消化系统疚病发病风险.NO2的效应为:在较短的滞后时间(≤3d),浓度越高危险度越大,此后迅速减小;而低浓度的NO2在滞后4-10d时显著增加发病风险.
