本文介绍了一种在动态下研究油膜的方法。它是在四球试验机上安装一套电器装置,通过观察上下球之间的电压值和示波器波形变化来判断摩擦付间润滑膜的存在与否。作者在50~#齿轮油的摩擦试验中,获得了油膜破裂负荷随运转速度的上升而下降的关系;在随负荷增加的摩擦过程中出现两个有膜区和两个无膜区的结果。由这些结果表明,用这种外加电压法来研究动态下摩擦付之间润滑膜的存在与否是可行的方法之一。
This paper presents a method to study the oil film under dynamic conditions. It is a four-ball test machine to install a set of electrical devices, by observing the voltage between the upper and lower ball and oscilloscope waveform changes to determine the presence or absence of friction between the film lubrication. In the friction test of 50 ~ # gear oil, the relationship between the oil film rupture load and the running speed decreases. The results of two film-coated zones and two film-free zones appear in the process of friction with increasing load. From these results, it is shown that it is feasible to use this kind of applied voltage method to study the existence of the lubricating film between dynamic friction and friction.
