2014年2月24日,国家卫生和计划生育委员会与世界卫生组织在京联合举行中国医改进展吹风会。国家卫生和计划生育委员会副主任、国务院医改办公室主任孙志刚通报了我国深化医药卫生体制改革的进展和成效。世界卫生组织西太区主任申英秀主持了吹风会。孙志刚表示,中国政府把医改作为实现发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民的重大民生工程加以推进,织起了世界上覆盖人口最多的医疗保障网,为城乡居民“病有所医”提供了制度保障,构建了一个崭新的基层医疗卫生服务平台,有效地缓解了人民群众特别是基层群众的看病难、看病贵问题。我国个人卫生支出占卫生总费用的比重由2008年的40.4%下降到2012年的34.4%。下一步将继续按照保基本、强基层、建机
