从中草药中提纯的八角枫碱在动物实验及临床应用中均有良好的肌松作用。此药可使一般骨骼肌及呼吸肌停止收缩,其作用机理是阻断神经肌接点的传导,属双相型肌肉松弛剂。在兔及小鸡的实验中,八角枫碱引起呼吸麻痹可被新斯的明对抗。为探索八角枫碱仅仅引起一般骨骼肌松弛而保留膈肌自主收缩的条件,并观察大剂量八角枫碱引起膈肌麻痹时新斯的明的对抗效应,我们做了下述实验。
