Japan’s economy has been in an unprecedented period of prosperity since 1986, and its economic power led by domestic demand such as personal consumption, housing, office building, entertainment and tourism grew steadily and Japan’s economic power expanded to all corners of the world. The world has drawn attention to the emerging economic power after the war and watched it rapidly becoming one of the most powerful economic powers in Europe and the United States and becoming the world’s largest creditor country and capital supplier and occupying an important position in the world economy. At present, Japan’s economy has begun to slow down. What will happen to Japan’s economy and its future development? Will there be a big decline in the near future? People have begun to pay attention to this issue. There are also two major factions in Japan. The optimists believe that the economy is continuing to expand. It is only in the short-term adjustment phase. Negatives think the economy has begun to recede based on the downward trend of the index. The actual situation exactly? Some data show that in 1991 Japan’s economic growth rate will be lower than last year, but still up 4%, showing a sustained growth trend.
