2011年,教育部与中央政法委联合发文,于2011年底正式启动卓越法律人才培养计划。①卓越法律人才培养计划的推出,意味着我国法学教育的产品培养模式开始出现转变,传统上的,尤其是1999年开始延续至今长达13年的高等教育扩招模式,在法律人才培养方面,需要进行反思。粗放型的法学培养模式将成为历史,精致、细化的法律人才培养模式将陆续展开试点,并将引领未来我国法学教育的发展趋势。
