交感性眼炎是一种特殊的,双侧性全葡萄膜炎,多发生于眼球穿破伤之后,平时约为眼球穿破伤的0.5～2％。第一次世界大战的发病率占眼外伤的2.5％,第二次世界大战已接近消失;苏联卫国战争材料总结,占眼外伤的0.048％,抗美援朝战争中,美军的发病率占眼球穿破伤的2％;我志愿军8个后方医院统计,占眼外伤的0.9％,占眼球穿破伤的1.4％。现将我院1956～1978年因眼病、眼外伤、眼球穿通伤及交感性眼炎收容住院的患者进行统计分析如下。
