目的探讨口腔正畸治疗成人牙周病的临床疗效,得出口腔正畸治疗成人牙周炎的方法和优势。方法回顾调查27例口腔正畸治疗采取正规普通治疗后的成人牙周病患者病情,观察记录比较患者治疗前后的牙龈指数(GI)、龈乳头探诊出血指数(PBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)和牙齿松动度(TM)数据,从而分析口腔正畸治疗成人牙周病的临床疗效。结果 27例患者治疗效果显著18例,有效8例,无效1例,治疗总有效率为96.30%。结论成人牙周炎患者再经正规普通治疗之后进行口腔正畸治疗效果显著,患者口腔较为美观,患者治疗后满意度提高,治疗过程稳定安全,值得各大医院广泛使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral orthodontic treatment on adult periodontal disease and to find out the methods and advantages of orthodontic treatment of adult periodontitis. Methods A retrospective study of 27 cases of orthodontic orthodontic treatment of adult periodontal disease patients after formal treatment was observed and recorded before and after treatment of patients with gingival index (GI), papillophyma exploration bleeding index (PBI), periodontal exploration depth (PD) and tooth mobility (TM) data to analyze the clinical efficacy of orthodontic treatment of adult periodontal disease. Results The therapeutic effect of 27 patients was significant in 18 cases, effective in 8 cases, ineffective in 1 case, the total effective rate was 96.30%. Conclusion Adult orthodontic patients with normal orthodontic treatment have significant effect on oral orthodontic treatment. The patient’s oral cavity is more aesthetically pleasing, the satisfaction of patients after treatment is improved, and the treatment process is stable and safe, which is worth widely used in major hospitals.
