目的检测环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)在正常胃粘膜及胃癌组织中的表达情况,探讨COX-2、iNOS与胃癌发生发展的关系以及作用机制。方法采用免疫组化法进行检测。结果 iNOS的表达膨胀型38.4%,浸润型86.8%;高中分化40.0%,低分化84.6%;浸及浆膜层87.5%,未及浆膜层33.3%;无淋巴结转移20.0%,有淋巴结转移88.6%。COX-2的表达膨胀型53.8%,浸润型68.4%;高中分化20.0%,低分化89.7%;浸及浆膜层77.5%,未及浆膜层37.5%;无淋巴结转移40.0%,有淋巴结转移82.1%。胃癌组织中iNOS和COX-2的表达有相关性,相关系数r=0.388,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 COX-2与iNOS参与了胃癌的发展、转移以及浸润。可作为判定胃癌生物学行为的临床参考指标。
Objective To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) and nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in normal gastric mucosa and gastric carcinoma and to explore the relationship between COX-2, iNOS and gastric carcinogenesis and its mechanism. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used for detection. Results The expression of iNOS was 38.4% in infiltration, 86.8% in infiltration, 40.0% in high school, 84.6% in poorly differentiated, 87.5% in infiltration and serosa, 33.3% in serosa, 20.0% in non-lymph node metastasis, and 88.6% in lymph node metastasis %. The expression of COX-2 was swollen 53.8%, infiltrative 68.4%; high school differentiation 20.0%, low differentiation 89.7%; dip and serosal 77.5%, not serosa 37.5%; no lymph node metastasis 40.0%, lymph node metastasis 82.1%. There was a correlation between the expression of COX-2 and iNOS in gastric cancer (r = 0.388, P <0.01). Conclusion COX-2 and iNOS are involved in the development, metastasis and infiltration of gastric cancer. It can be used as a clinical reference to judge the biological behavior of gastric cancer.
