本文以金属络合物化学的观点,分别从金属离子、金属络合物,致癌剂及抗癌剂的络合形成能方面提出金属离子与致癌及抗癌的密切关系。一、由金属引起的致癌想到Mn,Fe,Ce,Cu,Zn,V,Cr,Mb,W,Nb,Gd,Se等为生物界必须的微量元素,以及全部酶的30%以金属酶的形式存在,故认为金属元素与癌有某些关连是很自然的。从历史来看,癌与金属元素的关连,正作为职业癌被发现出来。例如,从事Cr、Hi等工人多肺癌,Pb多引起脑癌。据最近报告,作为与Ni有关的致癌物的有:Ni_3S_2、NiO、NiCO_3、Ni(CH_3COO)_2、Ni(环—戊二烯)2及金属镍。而且[Ni(CO)_4)在实验动物中已查叨它有很强的致癌性。
