应用培养和衣原体抗原快速免疫测定法对628例非淋菌性尿道炎(NGU)患者的尿道(宫颈)分泌物进行检测。结果显示:CT阳性125例(19.9%),UU164例(26.1%),CD19例(3.0%),金黄色葡萄球菌146例(23.3%),表皮葡萄球菌38例(6.1%),其它细菌38例(6.1%)。混合感染111例(17.7%),其中UU+细菌7.6%,CT+UU3.7%,CT+细菌3.3%,UU+CD1.0%,CT+CD0.8%,UU+CT+细菌1.0%,UU+CT+CD0.3%.本文就有关NGU的病原学进行了探讨。
Urethral (cervical) secretions of 628 patients with non-gonococcal urethritis (NGU) were detected by culture and Chlamydia antigen rapid immunoassay. The results showed that CT positive were found in 125 cases (19.9%), UU164 cases (26.1%), CD19 cases (3.0%), Staphylococcus aureus in 146 cases (23.3%), Staphylococcus epidermidis in 38 cases (6.1%), other bacteria in 38 cases (6.1%). Among them, 111 cases (17.7%) were infected with UU together, accounting for 7.6% of UU + bacteria, 3.7% of CT + UU, 3.3% of CT + bacteria, 1.0% of UU + CD, 0.8% of CT + CD, 1.0% of UU + CT + bacteria and UU + CT + CD0. 3%. This article explores the etiology of NGU.
