新课改的提出要求中:对教材内容分进行重新修订与更新,更要求每位教师在教学观念和教学模式上有所创新。教学改革倡导新的教育理念与教育思想是否能够得到真正的落实与执行,主要取决于每一位教育教学工作者在教学工作中的自觉性,如果每一位教师依然采用应试教育教学理念,对新教材所涵盖的教学理念没有深刻的领悟,那么,教育改革的浪潮就会落空。对此,文章分析了中小学教师在教学中存在的问题,提出了教学研究的有效策略。仅供参考。
