近几年来,广播电视产业得到了迅猛的发展,越来越多的现代化技术在有线电视网络中运用而生。但同时广电之间的争夺也日益增强,基层的有线电视台对有能力的人才需求十分迫切,所以必须要重视人力资源管理问题。本文结合笔者多年的工作经验,就基层广电人力资源管理进行了简单的论述,旨在和业内人士进行沟通探讨。
In recent years, the radio and television industry has witnessed rapid development. More and more modern technologies have been applied in cable television networks. However, at the same time, the competition between radio and television is also growing day by day. The needs of competent TV stations at the grassroots level are very urgent. Therefore, we must pay attention to the issue of human resources management. This article combines the author’s many years of work experience to conduct a simple discussion on radio and television human resources management at the grassroots level to communicate with the industry.
