本文应用扫描电镜对我国南方三种家鼠寄生蚤缓慢细蚤Leptopsylla segnis、印鼠客蚤Xenopsylla cheopis和不等单蚤Monopsyllus anisus蚤卵壳表面的形态及细微结构进行了观察。

本文应用扫描电镜对我国南方三种家鼠寄生蚤缓慢细蚤Leptopsylla segnis、印鼠客蚤Xenopsylla cheopis和不等单蚤Monopsyllus anisus蚤卵壳表面的形态及细微结构进行了观察。结果表明蚤卵的受精孔形态在不同种间有特异性,在分类上有一定的意义,气孔形态、卵壳花纹的有无则可作为辅助特征。文中还对蚤卵的长度(长轴)、宽度(短轴)进行了测量,并作了统计学上的分析。
In this paper, we observed the morphology and microstructure of Leptopsylla segnis, Xenopsylla cheopis and Monopsyllus anisus flea eggshell surfaces of three domestic rats in southern China by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the morphology of fertilized holes in flea eggs was specific among different species and had some significance in classification. The stomata morphology and the presence of egg shell pattern could be used as auxiliary features. The paper also measured the length (long axis), width (short axis) of fleas eggs and made a statistical analysis.
