分析了新型双环减速器的传动原理,通过装配条件分析,提出了传动齿轮齿数的选择条件,分析了齿轮的制造误差对[Gs]的影响,并具体推导出其数学模型,为今后的广泛应用打下了一定的理论基础。
The transmission principle of the new double ring gear reducer was analyzed. According to the analysis of the assembly conditions, the selection conditions of transmission gear tooth number were put forward. The influence of manufacturing error of gear on [Gs] was analyzed and its mathematical model was deduced in detail. Laid a certain theoretical basis.
