条斑紫菜已成为我国北方人工养殖的优良品种,但在氮素含量比较低的海区,其产量和质量都受到影响。1976年,我们分析比较了青岛市三个养殖海区的海水含氮量与紫菜总氮含量的关系。结果表明,青岛近岸养殖区海水的NO_3-N含量均较低,一般不超过20微克/升。而NH_4-N含量在不同海区间相差较大,瘦区一般在30—50微克/升,肥区有时可高达236微克/升。海水含氮量高的海区,紫菜的总氮含量也高;反之,紫菜的总氮
Porphyra yezoensis has become an excellent breed of artificial breeding in northern China, but its yield and quality are affected in the sea area with relatively low nitrogen content. In 1976, we analyzed and compared the relationship between seawater nitrogen content and total seaweed nitrogen content in three aquaculture areas in Qingdao. The results showed that NO3-N content of seawater in Qingdao coastal aquaculture area was low, generally not more than 20 micrograms / liter.
