栽培在16h光照、平均气温约25℃环境下的光敏不育水稻(C407s、31301s和8902s)有为数不少的颖花雄性败育不完全,花药里还有正常花粉粒。即使在自交完全不结实的样本里仍有2%以上的可育颖花(正常花粉率大于30%的颖花)。考察可育颖花在不同枝梗间、第一、二次枝梗内的不同花位间的频率分布,未见可育颖花的出现部位与发育早晚或强(弱)势花位有明显关联。
Photosensitive male sterile rice (C407s, 31301s and 8902s) cultivated under 16h illumination and average temperature of about 25 ℃ had a large number of spikelets with incomplete abortion and normal pollen grains in anthers. Even more than 2% of fertile spikes (normal pollen rate greater than 30% spikelets) are still present in completely self-infested samples. The frequency distribution of fertile spikelets in different branches and between different flowerbeds in primary branches and secondary branches was investigated. There was no significant difference between the emergence sites of fertile spikes and the early or late development or strong (weak) potential flowers Associated.
