宝钢2号高炉停炉后,对炉缸破损情况进行了宏观调查和微观的分析,发现在铁口夹角之间的碳砖侵蚀最为严重,碳砖热面普遍存在脆裂带,炉缸内不同区域的化学成分有较大差异。2号高炉长寿主要原因是炉缸整体良好的导热性能和有凝铁层的保护。而导致炉缸破损的主要原因是热应力作用和铁水对碳砖的侵蚀。
After Baosteel No.2 blast furnace shut down, a macro survey and a micro analysis of the damage of the hearth were carried out. It was found that the carbon brick erosion was the most serious among the angles of the iron mouth, and the brittle fracture zone existed in the hot face of the carbon brick. The chemical composition of different regions are quite different. The main reason for the longevity of the No. 2 blast furnace is the good thermal conductivity of the hearth as a whole and the protection of the nodular layer. The main cause of damage to the hearth is the thermal stress and molten iron on the carbon brick erosion.
