目的了解新疆巴音郭楞蒙古自治州(以下简称巴州)2008年麻疹强化免疫工作实施情况。方法2009年对巴州8县1市疾病预防控制中心采用统一的扩大国家免疫规划督导检查表进行统计分析。结果全州冷链设备的短缺尤为突出,急需更新大量的冷链设备;巴州目前暂不具备儿童预防接种信息管理系统实施条件;各级政府对免疫规划工作经费投入不足;抽查了4个县,卡证相符率100%;5种疫苗接种率为100%。实施扩大国家免疫规划新增疫苗接种情况较迟缓。结论各级政府应加大扩大国家免疫规划工作经费投入;加大技术督导、培训和检查力度;尽快实施扩大国家免疫规划新增疫苗适龄儿童的接种工作;加大实施扩大国家免疫规划工作宣传力度;进一步完善入托入学接种证查验工作。
Objective To understand the implementation of measles immunization in 2008 in Bayingolin Mongol Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang (hereinafter referred to as Bazhou). Methods In 2009, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention in 8 counties and one city of Bazhou adopted a unified and expanded national immunization program supervision checklist for statistical analysis. As a result, the statewide shortage of cold-chain equipment was particularly serious, so a large amount of cold-chain equipment was urgently needed to be updated. At present, the state of implementation of the information system for vaccination of children’s vaccines is not yet available in the state. Government funding for the immunization program is insufficient at all levels. , Card match rate of 100%; 5 vaccination rate was 100%. The delay in the implementation of the new vaccination program to expand the national immunization program. Conclusions Governments at all levels should step up their investment in expanding the national immunization program; increase technical supervision, training and inspection; promptly implement vaccination campaigns to expand new vaccine-eligible children of the national immunization program; intensify publicity efforts to expand and implement national immunization programs ; Further improve the admission vaccination certificate inspection work.
