目的:探讨和研究粉尘累积肺作用值与矽肺患者X线胸片特点之间的关系。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的86例未脱尘矽肺患者的粉尘累积肺作用值与其X线胸片特点之间的关系,重点计算其粉尘累积肺作用值(Da),并分析其与矽肺X线胸片小阴影类型、密集度以及范围之间的关系。结果:矽肺X线胸片小阴影的类型随着Da值增高由p型向q型过渡,小阴影的密集度随着Da值增高逐渐增大并趋向于完全融合,小阴影的分布范围随着Da值增高从两下肺间两上肺过渡。结论:矽肺的发生于粉尘暴露之间具有重要剂量反应关系,而粉尘累积肺作用值(Da)则可以将这种关系进行量化,有助于临床矽肺的诊断和预防。
Objective: To investigate and study the relationship between dust accumulated pulmonary function and the characteristics of patients with silicosis of X-ray. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 86 patients with non-debrided silicosis patients with dust accumulated lung function value and its relationship between the characteristics of X-ray, focusing on the calculation of dust accumulated lung function value (Da), and analysis and silicosis X-ray chest shadow type, intensity and the relationship between the scope. Results: The types of small shades of silicosis were changed from p-type to q-type with the increase of Da value. The density of small shadows gradually increased with the increase of Da value and tended to be completely fused. The distribution of small shadows increased with the increase of Da value Da value increased from two lungs between the two pulmonary transition. Conclusion: The occurrence of silicosis has an important dose-response relationship between exposure to dust, while dust accumulation of lung function value (Da) can quantify this relationship and contribute to the diagnosis and prevention of clinical silicosis.
