目的:探析喉罩麻醉在基层医院小儿手术中的应用及应用效果。方法:选择我院于2012年4月至2014年4月期间收治的86例行骨折内固定手术的小儿患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组。对照组患儿,采取气管内插管全凭静脉麻醉,观察组患儿进行喉罩通气全凭静脉麻醉。比较两组患儿的拔管/喉罩时间、苏醒时间以及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患儿拔喉罩时间比对照组患儿拔管时间更长,而苏醒所用时间则更短,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患儿的并发症发生率为6.98%,1例为术后躁动,1例为舌后坠,1例为喉痉挛,对照组并发症发生率为23.26%,3例为喉痉挛,4例为舌后坠,4例为术后躁动,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经喉罩通气在小儿手术中具有较高的可行性,非常适合小儿短期手术,可有效延长通气时间并缩短苏醒时间,降低并发症发生率,应用效果显著,具有非常大的优势与应用前景,值得推广。
Objective: To explore the application of laryngeal mask anesthesia in pediatric surgery in primary hospitals and its application effect. Methods: A total of 86 pediatric patients undergoing fracture fixation and internal fixation operation from April 2012 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group. Children in the control group received total intravenous anesthesia with endotracheal intubation, while those in the observation group received total intravenous anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation. The extubation / laryngeal mask time, recovery time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results: The pulling time of laryngeal mask in children in the observation group was longer than that in the control group, but the recovery time was shorter, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The incidence of complication in the observation group was 6.98%, 1 case of postoperative agitation, 1 case of tongue falling, 1 case of laryngospasm, the incidence of complications in the control group was 23.26%, 3 cases of laryngospasm, 4 cases of tongue fall, 4 cases of surgery Post-agitation, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The ventilation of laryngeal mask in pediatric surgery with high feasibility, is very suitable for short-term surgery in children, which can effectively extend the ventilation time and shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of complications, the application of significant effect, with great advantages and applications Prospects, worth promoting.
