改革开放30年来,我国的社会进步和经济增长快速稳健。然而,随着物质和文化生活水平的不断提高,国家对资源特别是油气资源的需求也越来越迫切,原油进口量逐年增长,对外依存度不断升高。2008年国际原油价格的非正常波动以及全球金融危机对我国的经济发展造成了较大的冲击。针对近年来国内油气勘探开发面临的形势和担负的任务,中国石化和中国石油对从事油气勘探开发的科技工作者提出了“提高采收率”和“储层定量描述”等关乎油气田增储稳产的科研攻关要求。80年代后期,大庆油田进入高含水后期开采阶段,面临老油田接替能力有限、勘探难度增大、后备资 In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, China’s social progress and economic growth have been fast and steady.
