脑血管意外包括脑溢血、脑血栓形成、蛛网膜下腔出血和脑血栓,是妊高征罕见的并发症。虽然罕见,但死亡率高,有人报道半数的脑血管意外孕产妇的死亡与妊高征有关,因此,应予以重视。妊高征较常发生的脑血管意外为脑溢血,患有子痫的患者在发生抽搐时或以后突然死亡,尸解证实为脑溢血。脑溢血可引起15～20％的子痫病人死亡,而80%死亡的子痫病人有脑出血,唯程度不同而已。
Cerebrovascular accidents, including stroke, cerebral thrombosis, subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral thrombosis, are rare complications of PIH. Although rare, but high mortality, it was reported that half of cerebrovascular accidental maternal deaths and pregnancy-induced hypertension, therefore, should be taken seriously. Pregnancy-induced hypertension more common cerebrovascular accident is cerebral hemorrhage, patients with eclampsia in the event of convulsions or sudden death, autopsy confirmed as cerebral hemorrhage. Cerebral hemorrhage can cause 15 to 20% of patients with eclampsia, and 80% of patients with eclampsia have cerebral hemorrhage, the only degree is different.
