目的 探讨口服氨基酸与大强度运动对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法 采用郭峰建立的红细胞免疫检测花环试验的常规方法进行。结果 长时间大强度运动组大鼠 (B组 )运动后红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC -C3bRR)和红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC -ICR)与安静组 (A组 )相比均有显著性下降 ;口服氨基酸运动组 (C组 )在运动后RBC -C3bRR较安静时下降 ,但无显著性 ,RBC -ICR有显著性下降 ,与B组相比 ,两值均高于B组。结论 长时间大强度运动抑制红细胞免疫功能 ;口服氨基酸对改善红细胞免疫功能有一定的影响
Objective To investigate the effect of oral administration of amino acids and intensive exercise on erythrocyte immune function. The method was performed by the conventional method of erythrocyte immunoassay for rosette test established by Guo Feng. Results The RBC-C3RR and RBC-ICR of erythrocyte C3b receptor were significantly higher in the long-term high-intensity exercise group compared with those in the quiet group (group A) (P <0.05). The RBC-ICR decreased significantly in ROC-CbRR group compared with resting B group after oral administration of exercise group A (C). Conclusion Long-term high-intensity exercise can inhibit the immune function of erythrocytes. Oral administration of amino acids may have some effect on improving erythrocyte immune function
